What are some exercises that will help me gradually get stronger?!


Question:

What are some exercises that will help me gradually get stronger?

I am pretty weak now, but Id like to be strong enough to climb a wall someday. What are some things I can do in order to become stronger and faster and more energetic and peaceful etc etc etc?

Also, how can I learn to listen to my body? Whenever I attempt exercises, I usually just do it masochistically and hurt myself and then just give up?


Answers:

start with your minimum in lifiting weights and work with that set a number and dont stop if your arms start to hurt thats a good things that means there's muscle building up...go running for a while and do stadiums they get u worked and give u speed
