Why does urine......?
so why does urine go more yellow after strenuous exercise or physical work? Also sometimes goes foamy after a lot of heavy physical work in the heat even though you drink 2-21/2 lters of water a day. I know that when you sweat a lot!! when doing work or exercise your body heat uses the water to cool down so your urine is more concentrated hence the colour, i think the other is something to do with protein due to the physical work/exercise, normally see through clear, but after strenuous work it changes, its weird!!!also the morning after alcohol, is it because alcohol has a dehydrating effect?
