I'm 20, my c-|_|-m is clear. What to do?

I've done a bit of research and found that apparently there's nothing wrong with clear c*m during orgasm. It's not prec*m, trust me, it's the actual orgasm fluid that is clear and water like. I found this in another helpful thread about the matter:

"A nocturnal ejaculation may have more prostatic fluid in it (which is whiter and thicker), while a daytime ejaculation may have more sperm and fluid from the seminal vesicles, which tends to be more clear and less viscous."

Assuming this is right, for my c*m to be more the norm (thicker and whiter), I would need more prostatic fluid. From time to time, my c*m is the normal white, and my diet is terrible, so I think/hope it's diet. What should I be eating or what other advice do you have?

There is nothing wrong with your semen as long as its not coming out red...thats when you have a problem...
