Question:

Do I need to loose weight?

I'm 16 year old male, about to be 17 in 2 months. I am 5'10 and weigh 220. I gained most of my weight from playing football. My legs are all mucsle its just I have *more to love* on my upper body. I am thinking about working on my stomic, Chest, and Arms. Could you help me on work out stratgies for those specified areas and do you think I need to loose weight also? No Negitave Comments please.

i know your body type.your one of those well built kids with some flab on parts of your body.i was the same way.the stomach area was the area i wanted to build up the most.if you dont have gut and just have a loose stomach,then do sit ups,crutches,ect.running isnt really necessary.i was 225 and considered obese.But my body type was definatly not obese.same situation with you.
