I need help with a problem concerning my testicles?
a year ago i started to notice that when i was showering i would look at my nuts and notice that the left one was bigger than the right one. I never told anyone and never really thought anything of it. Lately I've been examining my testes and have notice that the left one is about 150% as big as the right one. Theres no hard lumps but it feels like a water balloon and is not shaped like a circle. The weird part is when i lie down on my back like if im in my bed and i feel them it feels perfect same size as the other one but it changes shape and size frequently, does anyone know what this could be?

the testes move around all the time they are not circles the are egg shaped and it is perfectly normal that one side "hang" more then another :]
