Weight lifting/general workout?!

Weight lifting/general workout?

ok, so im going to florida in 3 weeks for vacation, i started working out today. i done, bench press (20), stomach area/abs (40) and leg workout (40 each leg). if i done the same 20mins workout for the next three weeks, what would the result be? im 15 and around 10'5". send a picture if you can or best describe it. if the results dont look "good" then could you suggest a different workout stratgedy please! tanx!

It's great that you are so committed. Three weeks of strenuous exercise will tighten up some of your muscles for sure. You will feel like a different man... and you might enjoy it.
