I want to loose 2-5 pounds of fat every week but not muscle?
okay about myself im 176..in pretty good shape.. i want to loose two pounds every week but i want to loose it all by running cuz i found out thats the easiest way to do it.. So should i have a high diet of protein? I am planing to loose 1400 calories breaking it off into two segments a day. Im not trying to loose muslce mass well not that much. I am used to harsh training as at one point i was planing to join the marines and went to the boot camp they had.

2-5 pounds a week is going to lead to muscle loss, no way around it. Any loss of weight also comes the loss of some muscle but there are ways to avoid this.
1 eat a high protein diet
2 lifts weights
3 take a good multivitamin
4 take BCAA (branched chain amino acids) before a workout.
