Small cuts on penis?

I have recently developed small cuts just below the tip of my penis, theres about 3 or 4 and there irritative when erect/during sex?

Any help please?

At least seven out of the twelve answers about a man's penile problem coming from women speaks volumes, doesn't it ! Most of them are right in suggesting you visit a GUM clinic, but just how small cuts are a symptom of A.I.D.S. leaves a lot to be desired in the medical knowledge area so I'd ignore that bit of dubiousness ! ! !
