I had sex with my g/f for 5 hours today. I noticed when we switched to doggystyle that my penis had blood on it. My girlfriend did not know it was bleeding. I didnt want to freak her out so i said nothing about it. A half hour later she began to scream because she felt an intense pain. She saw my penis with blood on it. We examined her and notices a tear on the libia minora on the right side just before the entrance of the vagina. Will wthis heal on its own? is there something we can buy to put on it? Its been bleeding for an hour now. Is there any way to stop the bleeding? She has no health insurance to see a doc. We need help fast!!

You asked this 20 hours ago, so I HOPE the bleeding has stopped. Just use a clean dry towel and apply pressure. The bleeding should stop.
It will heal on it's own. It will probably take a few days to heal though. Take it easy on her until then. ;)
And don't forget to grease up. Marathon sessions are great, but keep the lube close.
