My Dad aint well & I'm worried about him?
He drinks too much,eats too much & is real narky. Him and Mum went on holiday recently & we thought that he'd come home feelin refreshed but he's still tired, overweight and looses the head easy.
We love him to bits and want him to get healthier but he wont listen- he narks at my brother cos he smokes but his own lifestyle is unhealthy- am I the only person with a father like this? HELP!!!

no your not alone tell him how you feel honestly if you keep telling him then may be he will relies what hes doing to him self and family unfortunately till he sees hes got a problem he wont do anything about it best of luck and be patient it may take a while
