Is this a good workout?!


Question:

Is this a good workout?

Every day, around 6pm, I workout. I use 2 10-pound weights and I do:

»150 bench presses
(http://www.exrx.net/animatedex/pectorals...
»50 flies
(http://www.exrx.net/animatedex/pectorals...
»25 pullovers - I use both weights
(http://www.exrx.net/animatedex/pectorals...

It takes me about 20 minutes to do the whole thing. Is this a good workout for my chest? If not, can you tell me what I should do instead? Thanks a lot.
