I have big areola. I hate it. I dont think theres any surgery to fix this kind of problem. Is it horribly unsexy? Be honest, you dont know me.

Unless you're going to be showing lots of people it's no big deal. Some guys like them and some don't. If you can't love yourself then men will pick up on that and most aren't attracted to insecure women.
