When i pull back my foreskin my knob looks large. Also it seems like the tissue of the knob is eroding upwards where its attached to the shaft. What is the cause of this, i used to masturbate quite hard i think this is why. Also is this fixable or is it permanent damage and is it possible my knob could fall off. thanks

Erosion is not how I would describe it, but I get the idea. I think that you should see a doctor quickly. Knobs can be pulled off, but there has to be a congenital defect for it to happen, it is rare and if you have been masturbating hard and there is no blood or pain you are OK. Operations on penises are not recommended. They fall between two medical specialties. You really need both a plastic surgeon and an experienced ordinary surgeon, as you either get a mangled bit of meat that works, yet embarrasses or a mangled bit of meat that doesn't work, but looks great.
