I had some pimples on my face and I popped them and now it is a black nasty looking spot there. What should I do to make them go away?

The answer to your problem is a really easy answer. All you have to do is buy a bottle of Neutrogena acne wash. That stuff works great! But I am going to tell you DON'T pop anymore pimples. But your face should be fine. Also, be patient, give it a week to a month. It sounds like a long time but it is worth it. Good Luck.
