Torsos workout?!

Torsos workout?

Hi,
does anyone now a good workout that concentrates on the torsos( its below the abs )

and what is more effective to tone the body, i have a little fat that i wanna burn..Swimming or running???


Answers:

The term "Torso" refers to the part extending from your hips up to your neck.

But a torso workout includes lower back, spine, abs and obliques.

You do lower back extensions, crunches, leg raises, cycles, side crunches.. some swiss ball workouts... squats on a bosu ball.. just about anything to work your core.

Swimming is create cardio but there are better exercises for losing fat... rowing for men, for instance. I say this because swimming keeps you body temperature lower than rowing.. and that heat helps with burning fat, I think.
