Tips on a workout to help me get cut.?
Im trying to get cut going into my Sophmore year of high school. I play baseball and im. 5'5 weighing in at 120 pounds. I need a good routine that can help me get cut for my next season.
Answers:
Push ups.. burpies.... chin ups (will build strong shoulders and chest) and for baseball, I reckon 20m slightly uphill sprints with a slow walk of 50m between each one... that will really build strong fast legs.
You can do some rotator cuff exercises ~ one in particular called "empty cans" to help with throwing.
