I am circumsized so i have no foreskin as well

Answers:

The glans (penis head) is usually different in color from the skin on the shaft of the penis. Being circumcised explains everything, as probably the skin (what remains of the inner foreskin) between the circumcision scar up to the glans is different in color from the scar down to the base of your penis.

If you were uncircumcised, the outer foreskin is the same color (and actually of the same tissue) as the skin of the shaft, so the unerect penis is one color when the foreskin covers the glans. But the inner foreskin is similar in color to the glans, so when retracted, there's a gradual color gradient from one color to the next. In circumcision, the foreskin's removed and the color change can be abrupt and sudden.

All that said, there's nothing you can do to change the color really. I suppose you could try to use whitening creams or something, but those aren't products you'd want to use in the area. So if nothing else is wrong, just accept it as it won't cause trouble.
