I started benching but now iam really sore wat do i do?

should i keep going or stop or what??


Answers:

That is normal. The soreness is from a build up of lactic acid in the muscles. It will go away in a few days. Always start of light until your body gets used to lifting weights. Later as you push yourself to lift heavier weights you will still get sore but not like when you are starting out. Always be sure to stretch before and after lifting. Also some aspirin or Tylenol will help with the soreness. Hope that helps...
