i jack off like every day but now for 3 days now i need help it burns in my lower stomach area can someone help me please

Sounds like a kidney or urinary tract infection which is NOT caused by masturbation. Make sure you drink LOTS of water and cranberry juice as the extra urination will help flush the kidneys of the infection. If you don't feel 100% better after a couple days of extra drinking then you should very seriously see your regular doctor as this could be something more serious.
