I was not circumsized as a boy and i want to know if the problem below should be!
Question:
I was not circumsized as a boy and i want to know if the problem below should be looked into by a doctor?
my problem is, is that my penis when not erect completely dissappears the only thing visible is the flapp of forskin. I am a late puberty starter and i am just noticing the signs now such as oily skin, armpit/facial hair growth. Will puberty fix this problem when my body decides on letting my penis grow or is this a medical condition that should be checked out thanks, i hope this question wasnt as ambiguous,

Getting circumcised decreases sensitivity and pleasure (since the nerves on the head always rub) and makes masturbation more difficult (since the already-lubricated foreskin is removed). Studies have proven that over and over; including new ones.
There's a reason why it's no longer common. The USA is the last advanced nation doing it, and even so, our rates are as low as 14% in some states.
