ok so my bf and i have done it like 10 times within the weekend and his balls and shaft are sore (as well as many other muscles) is there any advice to help him?

Sounds like you guys have sex like bunnies. If the pain is external, ie; from chaffing then he didn't have enough lube on his penis, or didn't re-apply it frequently enough. KY works well. Sometimes guys can get a dull aching inside the balls and at the base of the penis shaft from ejaculating too much. At least thats what it feels like since its the same muscles used for pumping the semen out. A rest from sex would work. Can you handle taking a break?
