6'2 155 trying to gain weight. help!?
i'm 6'2 and i weigh 157. i've been through this before with the 5-6 meals a day, high calorie foods, and food journals, but i made the mistake of not working out and at 170 i looked porkly (in my face and stomach) and not good at all. i just got a new job and with the added stress my weight easily dropped back down to 155 and i'm looking quite thin again. my question is.. what should i eat and what kind of workouts should i do in order to gain muscle mass, and avoid fat at all costs. should i join a gym? i have the time.. or are there things i can do at home? if my face gets any more plump i'm going to scream.

Eat healthy, drink lots of water and go to the gym...if you are faithful in that, you will gain muscle weight and keep the fat down...
