I ama male, 22 and some of my friends told that it is dangerous to have a penis without lubricants.

If masturbating dry works for you and it doesn't bother you, there's no real need to change. If you're circumcised, it will probably feel better to use some kind of lubricant (like hand lotion or saliva), but it may not be absolutely necessary. If you're uncircumcised then there isn't any need for a lubricant, though using a little might make things feel better also.
There's no danger in not using lubrication, unless you masturbate very vigorously, which could cause soreness and rawness. In the end, do what feels best for you but it might be worth at least trying some kind of lubrication at least once.
