I agree with the others that said to slide it back each day so it'll separate from the head.
Circumcision has plenty of risks and negative effects; studies prove that; you have to be an idiot to believe that there are no disadvantages. Heck, people have died because of it, but that's another matter. To start off, circumcision reduces sensitivity/pleasure and makes masturbation more difficult; that is the findings of various (including new) studies. There's a reason why circumcision is becoming a lot less popular... the USA is the last advanced nation doing it but even our rates have fallen... it's as low as 14% in some states.

As for your sperm... as long as you can orgasm, you're fine. It just means your body hasn't reached that development to produce sperm yet. =)
