It's the sort of thing that would help millions of guys around the world who *hate* using condoms, since condoms typically kill all manner of sensitivity during sex.
If the condoms were never made and released, why?

i dont think this condom was ever FDA approved and never made it into market, its something about a viagra type lube that was a concern and was never tested properly, thats what i heard from my cousin whose a nurse and heard of this condom
