Any exercise ball advice?!


Question:

Any exercise ball advice?

I want to get into decent beach shape and have two months to do it. I am also broke and can't afford much more than an exercise ball to help me with this. Any advice?

do sit ups on it.
10 Normal ones
and 20 side ways ones [where you touch your right elbow to your left knee and vice versa]
