Problems with "myself"?!

Question:

Problems with "myself"?

i have problems in my sex life. i have a few questions. number one is should i get circumcised. i never did. number 2 is if i did would that make me last longer before i ejaculate. it seems like it is within 5 minutes and im done. is there anything i can do?

Answers:

1. Ask yourself two questions to answer your first. One, do you have any physical problems with your foreskin right now? Two, does having your foreskin feel good? If you answer "no" and "yes," then you should not get circumcised.

If you were to get circumcised, it would remove a lot of nerve endings in the foreskin, which might otherwise contribute to sexual sensitivity (link 1). Furthermore, several studies indicate that the foreskin may play a role in the sexual satisfaction of not only the man, but the woman as well (links 2, 3, 4). So if you were to get circumcised if nothing's wrong, you might find things to not feel as good afterwards.

2. Most (if not all) studies show that there's no significant difference in ejaculation time between circumcised and uncircumcised men (links 2, 3). If you were to get circumcised, that's no guarantee that you'll last longer. The reason why this is so is because premature ejaculation is more of a mental thing rather than a physical thing.

If you want to last longer, you should try the "stop and go" method where you basically masturbate until you feel like you're about to ejaculate then stop. Once the feeling goes away, you start masturbating again until the feeling comes back and stop again. Do this will help you achieve better control over you body (link 5 for premature ejaculation info). Also, something called Kegel exercises might help too (link 6).

So in my opinion, if nothing's wrong with your foreskin, you maintain good genital hygiene and practice safe sex, it's probably better to stay uncircumcised. Circumcision is no guarantee of lasting longer, and the best methods to last longer are the 2 mentioned above and in the links.
