like where you would hold it or the circumsize got cut..what can i put on it or what is it what can i do..he says it itches it dont look like poison ivy

Went to the Doctor it was just chigger bites..you men qwould have been jeolous by the size though:)

I suggest you take him to the doctor, it could be one of various types of poison, sumac, oak, ivy. He probably got it while peeing on a tree=) Either that or he had the oil from the plant on his hands when he touched his penis.
It could also be a type of bite.
