1. 6 inches is pretty big for a 14-year-old, and it's well within the "average" range. At your age you should just wait, it might get a little bigger yet.
2. No, there's nothing wrong with that as long as you're careful and don't hurt yourself.
3. If you have a girlfriend, don't do it. If not, do so very carefully. Make sure you use a condom if you somehow manage to go all the way. In any case, having sex at your age isn't the best idea.
4. No, not really. There are surgeries . . . but they're surgeries.
