Height and Growth Spurts?
hey how do i know when i get growth spurt 2tears (3 counting this year) i have grown 12 inches and i grow 4 inches a year 1inch each 3 months and i always seem to grow every 2weeks i am an active male 1-3 hours of b-ball each day & since it's summer i also swim a lot and im a very good overall athlete but focus on b-ball yall think i can reach 6'8" and how do io know if im having growth spurts

You are still 14 and you are already growing 4 inches a year? That is quite fast. Usually at the age of 16 that is where you grow the fastest. In fact some of my high school buddies who were shorter than me, out grew me at that age. I did not grow fast at that age but I grew steadily at 1 inch a year until the age of 20 or 21.
Your height really depends on your parents genes. If you have tall parents, mostly likely you will get tall or even taller. My Dad and Mom is like 5'6". I grew like 5'8" and my brother 5'10". If your Dad or Mom is around 6'6", then most probably you will reach 6'8".
