in which foods/drinks can i get/eat all the main amino acids for growth


Answers:

Amino acids are the building blocks of protein. Our body can make 11 of them, but 9 of them we cannot make and need to get them from other sources. The protein that we eat can be broken down into amino acids to build different types of protein. Other foods can contain amino acids, but not complete proteins. For example, beans and corn separately do not have enough amino acids to make a complete protein, but if you put them together, ex. nachos and bean dip, make a complete protein.
