im in a new relationship after a long break with a very beautiful and understanding woman.im overwieght and take blood presure pills,i have trouble maintaining an erection and when i do i just cant seem to ejaculate,im 42yrs old and im really attracted to this woman.

between being overweight and having high blood pressure, I'd say you have more serious things to deal with than your lack of erection. Get your eating habits under control, take up regular exercise and get lots of fresh air, plenty of (but not too much) sleep and totally restore yrou health. In doing so, your weight and blood pressure will come down and something else should come up.
Do consult with your doctor and a nutritionist to get a sensible program started.
