I heard that you can get pregnant from it but some reg. nurses will swear up and down that it does not contain sperm... Also I heard that it only cointaines sperm when the male ejaculated right before or something like that. What is the truth to that????
I always thought it did contain sperm but has there been new studies done???? Help me out here :)

Everything I've ever read and/or heard suggested that you can get a girl pregnant from pre ejaculate. Dr. Drew said it on loveline when someone asked this question also. I also have a friend who swears that he never blew his load inside his girlfriend (now wife) when she became pregnant. Even if his story is BS (which I doubt because why would somebody make that sh*t up), cowpers gland secretion can have some sperms in it (although not nearly as much as semen). So the chances of getting a girl pregnant with just pre ejaculate are very low, but mathematically (and biologically) it is possible.
