gain weight is tough im not able to do exercise regularly wt can i do to be consistent ?

In order to gain mass you have to make your muscles grow by lifting weights. It can be done with as little as 3 days a week. Stick to the compound movements like squats, deadlifts and bench press. They use the most muscles in as little time as possible.
You can gain weight without lifting, but people call that weight fat.
