two main types
metllic with soft capsule .... should be inserted in carpora cavernosa ...
or silicon with a small injector.
both have advantages and disadvanages.
inboth cases there will be an erection when ever u want like pshing a button..... but u cannot make intense love otherwise u can dammage the prosthesis.
its like an artifial leg ... ucan walk but difficult to run.
