i dont get it i mean i know it has nicontine in it but how do people get so addictive i mean it cant be that hard to quit. can it?

dear, i dont smoke, but i do smokeless tobacco, and i can tell you its a habit, and its the nicotine in it, and it gets into the blood stream and your body gets use to that, thats why its so hard for some people to quit, your body has to adjust, being without it, and that works on the nervous system(counting the brain too)if your smart, you wont start it, because its an addictive drug. the only thing different between tobacco and hard drugs is tobacco is legal, and the hard stuff isnt.
