When my penis is not erect, it becomes very small. Once erected it is business as usual.?
The problem is embarrasment when you have to undress in a gym shower room in front of other men. Are there health methods of keeping it healthy? Excercising it?

Men are either "showers" or "growers"........ some men have a penis that retain a full appearance once an erection is done, but most of the guys have a penis that reduces in size........ that's just the way it is........ if all the guys around you have "full" dicks, you might want to switch gyms.....
