Why did they prosecute the judge for using a penis pump on the bench? I'm sure there are many hundreds of females, judges and attorneys that have breast implants. So are they going to throw them out just because they wanted more size? This is America, where bigger is better, home of the Big Mac, and Dolly Parton. I think they should free Judge Thompson. Any body have any thoughts on this?

The prosecuted him because someone saw him which was breaking the decency laws...what he does at home is his business, what he does in the court room is not just his business...besides, I think they were able to show that he was masturbating, not just trying to improve his size...at least that was what they intended to prove...
