K, my friends joke around with me because of my 'orangatang tittes'. Actually my nipples, but their rather large, and squishy than the average kid. I'm a 13 year old male. I'm not fat, im actually quite muscular. Anyone know why my nipples are like this? When will it go away? Its kind of emberassing.

Gynecomastia, "manboobs", are actually very common. At your age, hormonal changes are occurring rapidly and constantly. All men produce estrogen, just significantly less than women do. Overabundance of estrogen and other chemical imbalances can cause growth of breast tissue in men. Usually, it is so small that it's unnoticeable. Sometimes, it can be a severe problem. I had a friend in high school who was of average weight and build, with the exception of very large breasts. Needless to say, this was extraordinarily traumatic for him. He got them surgically removed before going to college. Former WWE professional wrestler The Rock also had noticeable gynecomastia. If you ever have the privilege of watching his early performances, you will see him always wearing something over his upper body. He then went absent due to an "injury," when in reality he was having surgery to remove his male breasts. I know it's embarassing, but it's also extremely common.
