Abs question?!

Question about abs, top, middle and lower abs, and side abs

K Im 5'7, athletic, play bball, its all good, no fat anywhere, but my stomache, i need to slim it down, mainly my lower abs i need to lose about 2-2.5 inches, middle i need to lose about an inch and lose inch side abs.

Not only I'm trying to slim it down healthy way but strengthened them to form a six pack

Does anyone know 4-5 best ways to do this, example leg raises, cardio, crunches, crossover crunches, idk what is the best thing or things to do to slim it down all and then strengthened them in matter of weeks

Help serious help plz


Answers:

You also have to do some oblique (sides of your abs) exercises to compliment your abs. Do side bends (with dumbells), torso twists, knee up twist, side crunch, hip raise, inclined leg raise and dumbell pull overs. This would probably cover it. Be careful in executing these routines especially crunches or leg raise. You might injure your back if not properly executed.
