im 18 and i have like little bumps like on the bottom of my right testical it feels like a little vein runing through there sometimes it gets a little bigger like when im aroused then it goes back down should i be worried

I'm not a guy, but most men have bumps and things, and veins when full will swell, if this is something you have always had i wouldn't think it serious, but why not have a talk with your doc/ dad /peer.
