If you could, would you be circumcised or not?

Are you circumcised right now? Would you change it if you could? Why or why not?

I'm uncircumcised and I wouldn't change that unless there's some medically necessary reason (which there isn't, and probably/hopefully won't be).

I've never had any problems with my foreskin, so why change that? It's not hard to clean or keep clean (so I don't know why people who don't have one claim it is, cuz it's really not), and as long as it's clean, it's not more prone to infections or STDs and whatnot. Cleaning the uncircumcised penis is more instinctual than brushing one's teeth.

In addition, several studies say that the nerve endings in the foreskin may contribute to sexual sensitivity and that sex with a foreskin might be better for the man and woman (links 1, 2, 3, 4). In light of that and if nothing's wrong, again, why change?

Besides, about 70-80% of the world's male population is uncircumcised, and the circumcision rate in the US is slowly decreasing, from nearly 90% a few decades ago to about 60% nationally today (with the rate being lower/higher depending on the state). So as more guys stay uncircumcised, and knowledge on how to keep it clean and "play safe" gets better, why change?
