Exercising is a good start. Only eating fruit is not healthy, you still need to be getting a balanced diet. Try cutting out food with a lot of perservatives and calories, but still getting the nutrients you need. Actually getting a balanced diet in the right moderations is much healthier and will help you lose weight more permenantly. Make sure you get enough protien and other nutrients in your diet .
