I need help!?

I am a 15 year old boy, and i am Extremely Fat. People make fun of me at chool all the time, but I cant help my weight. My doctor says that I can loss my weight by simple exercise and diet. but I have tried and i cant. I need some help!
please I really wanna see my feet again, PLZ HELP!!!

ok you say your trying but you don't mean it go get yourself a trainer or a treadmill ok im 15 too and im fine because i play sports maybe play football because their always looking for big guys.
