Ok, I have read a MILLION questions on here about guys wanting to increase their size...I know that pills, pumps, wieghts wont do diddly...has anyone on here claimed that they actually paid money to get surgery?

There are two common operations - penile length enhancement involves cutting the erector ligament, and penile girth enhancement involves adding fat under the skin of the shaft.
The length operation costs about $5000, and may add an inch or two at most - immediately after the operation, the gain is small - typically less than half an inch. You then have to use a weight system as traction to slowlly pull the internal structure of the penis forward (it is no longer held back by the ligament).
Girth costs about $7000.
Neither is really worth the money.
