Why do boys have "wet dreams" and what causes them?
Iim 2 embarrased to ask my parents this so maybe some of u ppl can tell me.
Answers:
as puberty progresses, your testicles start producing sperm and prostate and the other glands step up their production as well so as to provide lots of fluid to make up your semen. It is sort of like drinking lots of water; eventually yoru bladder fills and you need to pee. Thus as all these elements of semen accumulate they need to escape. If you masturbate regularly or are having enough sex, then the semen is ejaculated pleasurably (or at least I hope pleasurably). However if you are not masturbating and not having sex, then during sleep, you will be inclined to have erotic dreams and ejaculate so the fluid can be ejaculated.
BTW, the average guy gets erect every 45 minutes during sleep so at any one of those erections a wet dream can occur; just be glad it is not every erection every night - hehe.
