i want to last longer in bed with my girlfriend and i have been thinking about taken some sort of benzocaine cream (used in some condoms to numb your penis to last longer) but unsure what kinda cream i should get. any ideas on what i can use or is this a bad idea??

there are a variety of desensitizing creams available to slow down the penis during sexual activity. However, make sure the cream is applied to the head of the penis then put on a condom so as all the cream is fully covered. If you slop a bit around be sure to clean it off thoroughly before any sexual activity with another person. Those will prevent yoru partner in sex from also becoming desensitized.
As for the type to use, do a little research as to what is avaialbe online or at local shops. Then buy one and try it several times when masturbating. That way you can guage how it affects your penis, learn how much to use to get the right effect, etc. Nothign like a little experimentation to find the right one and the right dose.
