Good way to work lower abs?

What's a good way to work out my lower abs? I'm doing 100 crunches daily and can see and definatley feel it's working my upper abs but my lower abs aren't feeling anything. What's the BEST way do work my lower abs? I know leg lifts, but they don't feel like they're doing anything either. Maybe I'm not doing enough? Help please!


Answers:

If you don't have access to a bench lay flat on your back, lift your legs up in the air making a 90 degree angle and lower them slowly. Try to 5 sets of 10-15 reps. It will burn like hell but it will cut up your lower abs and over time they will start to come out.
