I have a pimple on my penis.?Please help me.?

Im only 14 and never had sex. is this normal. think ive might of gotten it when i masturbate with lotion and never clean the lotion off. i heard it cloggs up the pores on my penis.HELP.it doesnt hurt.
will it ever get off.
how can i get rid of it
