If a man has a vaccectamy, and has an orgazem, dose he still get ejaculations, or is it a dry orgazem,( no liquid, or semen) ?
Dose this mean he is no longer in danger of passing on STDs ?

. orgasm, not orgazem
If a man has a vasectomy he will still ejaculate, but his semen will not contain any sperm cells. Vasectomy does not protect against STDs or HIV.
